Rick Peterson

Following another horrid outing from Victor Zambrano against Atlanta last night, I had to read Mets pitching coach Rick Peterson in the paper this morning. Now this is the guy who when we traded Scott Kazmir for this stiff, said he could turn Zambrano around in 10 minutes. He's referring to the Met fans.

“That's why they call it a 'New York Minute,' I think. They have about a minutes worth of patience for anything. It's the nature of this industry, and anybody who goes through a tough time. If I'm not mistaken, I think they were booing (Mariano) Rivera the other night. He's been pretty damn good.”…

This idiot has the nerve to compare Mariano Rivera and Victor Zambrano. He should just shut his hole.

And the Rangers are dead.
